City of Toronto flags at half mast to honour the fallen

At the request of the Mayor of Toronto, the Canadian flag will fly at half mast on official poles at Toronto City Hall, Metro Hall and Toronto's five civic centres in honour of Corporal Nathan Cirillo in Ottawa and Warrant Officer Patrice Vincent in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec. Corporal Cirillo and Warrant Officer Vincent were members of the Canadian Armed Forces.
 
Flags will fly at half mast until the end of the day of their funerals.
